Can I try Premium features before committing?
Yes! Sign up for Premium and get full access to all features during the free trial. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
What happens when I exceed the Free plan limits?
You will be prompted to upgrade when you reach 5 sent documents in a calendar month. Existing documents remain accessible — you just cannot send additional documents until the next month or you upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Absolutely. You can switch at any time from your account settings. Changes apply to your current subscription immediately in this first release.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contracts. All plans are pay-as-you-go and you can cancel anytime. Yearly plans are refundable on a prorated basis within the first 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
This release uses an in-app subscription flow while payment-provider integration is being finalized. Card and invoicing support will follow in a later billing phase.
